My products are inspired by many things. By the beaches, hills and natural beauty of Northumberland and Tyne & Wear where I live. By the stories, colours, textures and names of my Ghanaian heritage. I hope to combine these to tell an old story as a new tale.
B A E S H A is also a story about self-care whether in the morning, afternoon or evening. In fact, anytime. I work as a psychotherapeutic counsellor offering 1-2-1 psychotherapy in schools, supporting children and young people, so you can no understand the 'story' connection. I started by making care products then branched into items that help us explore a human connection to the world around us. For me, it’s about being more authentic, using our senses (primarily smell, sight and touch) to stay connected and present, to focus and be inspired by where we’ve been, where we are and where we’d like to go.
