Responsibility in Practice

How something is made matters as much as what it becomes.

We take responsibility for the materials, cultures and people connected to our work. From the ingredients used in our soaps to the textiles and surfaces we develop, we seek suppliers and makers who value craft, fairness and transparency.

We aim to work with partners who treat growers, artisans and makers with respect supporting environments where skills can continue to develop and traditions are valued.

Responsibility also extends to the objects themselves. Our products are designed to be safe, considered and respectful of the spaces and bodies they inhabit.

Where possible we prioritise biodegradable materials, thoughtful packaging and production methods that reduce waste.

BAESHA believes good design should care for the people, cultures and environments that make it possible.
