The Axis

We design across three primary movements:

Grounding. Transitional. Expansive.

Every object, surface, scent, and spatial decision sits somewhere along this axis.

Grounding environments stabilise and contain.
Transitional environments recalibrate and rebalance.
Expansive environments activate and extend.

The axis is not about mood.
It is about behavioural energy.

By structuring design along a defined axis, we avoid randomness.
We design with intention, contrast, and control.

This is how environments shift how we feel  and how we behave.
