His African heritage and strong affinity for the diverse coastal landscapes and countryside of the North East inspired him to blend the rich traditions of Black and African culture with modern and sustainable British living. He posed a thought-provoking question: “How can global design and art aesthetics inspire better spaces for modern living?”
