Last month I was thinking about what direction to take BAEŠHA, how do we survive when others like us haven’t? I’ve seen a few brands similar to mine close recently.
Very excited about an exhibition in London about African textiles. When you’re trying to make a build a business from sharing an appreciation and value of products and items to people, you quickly realise how sometimes your product line is dictated who you can attract rather than what you can make. It’s a very thin but an important one.
A conversation with a friend sparked a new direction for ideas within BAEŠHA that sparked off the journey through colours, one you’ll hopefully notice across the different platforms used. Part education, part research but mainly a direction I hope will allow BAESHA to do lots of exciting things in the future to keep you interested and us relevant.
